Creamy Pork Chop Suey

Creamy pork chop suey is a quick and easy comfort food meal is perfect for a busy weeknight. It is simple but delicious and comes together in a jiffy.

INGREDIENTS:

Ground pork Onion Garlic powder Black pepper Ground ginger Rice Bean sprouts Mushroom soup Milk Reduced sodium soy sauce

STEP 1

In skillet, mix together pork, onion, garlic, pepper and ginger. Brown over medium high heat until pork is thoroughly cooked. Drain excess grease.

Add rice and cook until lightly toasted

STEP 2

Stir in bean sprouts, soup, milk and soy sauce

STEP 3

Cook and stir occasionally until just about to boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until the rice is done, about 20 minutes.
