Pecan Pudding

This old-fashioned pecan pudding recipe is from the 1930s. The texture is a mix between a cake and a pecan pie. It is a great vintage treat that comes together pretty quickly and tastes great.

Eggs  Sugar  Corn Syrup  Butter  Vanilla  Flour  Salt  Cream of Tartar  Pecans

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and the sugar. Stir to combine.

Mix in the dry ingredients.

Pour batter into greased pan and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake until golden, but it should still look a little bit wet.
