Mocha Ermine Frosting
This frosting is a fun fluffy mocha twist on ermine frosting. If you like boiled milk frosting, this version has chocolate and coffee cooked in making it even more flavorful.
Flour Sugar Cocoa Powder Instant Coffee Milk Butter Vanilla
Whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, and coffee granules together in saucepan.
Whisk in the milk.
Cook until thick. Then cool completely.
Beat butter until fluffy. Add cooled mocha paste and whip until fluffy.
