Lime Sherbet Dessert Bars

Frozen layered lemon and lime sherbet bars have a great balance of sweet and salty, cold and creamy. Plus they have the perfect amount of tart too. Whip some up to see for yourself.



Crackers  Sugar  Butter  Vanilla Ice Cream  Lime Sherbet  Eggs  Lemon Juice

Make a simple cracker crumb crust. Spread lime sherbet and ice cream mixture over the top. Freeze.

Make some easy lemon curd.

Spread over lime sherbet mixture and freeze.
