This Italian meatloaf is classic comfort with a twist. The marinara keeps it moist, and the cheese makes it extra delicious. Beef and Italian sausage combine to make a great meatloaf.
Italian Sausage Ground Beef Marinara Sauce Bread Crumbs Green Pepper Onion Parmesan Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Eggs Seasonings
Cook down the peppers and onions until softened.
Mix into meat mixture.
Form into loaf and top with more marinara sauce.
Bake for 50 minutes, then top with cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until at least 160F.
