Easy Creamy Clam Chowder Recipe

Butter  Celery  Onion  Potatoes  Garlic Thyme  Flour  Veg. or Fish Stock  Clams  Milk Half & Half

Cook the potatoes, onion, and celery in the butter until they start to soften. Then coat with flour and cook for a minute or two.

Add the broth, clams, and milk. Simmer. Then stir in the half & half.

Serve with oyster crackers and/or lemon wedges.
