Blackberries Sugar Lemon Juice Heavy Cream Half and Half
Half and Half
Put berries in saucepan with sugar and lemon juice.
Cook on low until the berries are softened and the sugar is dissolved in the juice.
Strain to remove the seeds. Apply pressure to get all of the juice out.
Stir in the cream and half and half.
Churn according to your ice cream machine's directions.
Freeze until scoopable.
