Tasty Greek nachos with all of the best toppings on top make for a great appetizer or a fun dinner. Pile them up with gyro inspired meat, plenty of veggies and a drizzle of tzatziki.


Ground lamb Garlic Dried rosemary Dried oregano Red onion Salt Black pepper Pita chips Cumbled feta Tomato Cucumber Tzatziki sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F.


Start browning ground meat in a large skillet.

Meanwhile dice 1/4 of the onion and set aside.

Process the remaining onion, garlic and seasoning into a paste in a food processor or blender. Add a couple of teaspoons of water if needed to make a paste.

Put paste in pan with meat and continue to cook until the meat is cooked through and any excess liquid has evaporated.
