Pie Crust  Apples  Cinnamon  Sugar  Flour  Salt  Orange Juice

Prepare the bottom pie crust and fit into a deep dish pie plate.

Stir together cinnamon, flour, salt, and sugar.

Add apple slices and toss to coat.

Fit with top crust and cut a few vent holes. Bake.
