Crusting Buttercream 

Crusting buttercream frosting is light, fluffy and great for piping.  It forms a light crust making it good for holding its shape, traveling and keeping those details sharp.



Butter Powdered Sugar Vanilla Shortening  Milk

Beat butter and shortening until smooth and creamy.


Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. For smooth frosting, use the paddle and mix on low for 2 minutes to remove any large air bubbles.

Spread over cake or cookies or put in a piping bag and decorate your dessert.
