Creamy tortellini sausage and spinach soup is so flavorful and filling. Making it in the instant pot makes it extra quick and easy.

Onion Italian sausage Garlic powder Salt Pepper Italian seasoning Cheese tortellini Chicken broth Spinach Shredded parmesan Cups of half and half*

INGREDIENTS:

If your sausage is in links, remove the meat from the casings.

STEP 1

Set instant to sauté. Add sausage and diced onion.

STEP 2

Cook until the onions are translucent and the sausage is browned. Feel free to leave the sausage in bigger chunks if desired.

STEP 3

Add the broth, tortellini, spices, garlic, and spinach. Close and seal the lid and pressure valve.

STEP 4

Quick release pressure and remove lid. Stir in half and half and Parmesan cheese and let cool and thicken.
