Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Chili 

Creamy buffalo chicken chili is super simple to make with the help of your crockpot. So it can cook all day while you do other things. It has big flavor and sticks to your ribs.



Skinless boneless chicken breast White beans Fire roasted tomatoes Chicken broth Buffalo wing sauce Ranch seasoning mix Onion Red bell pepper Cream cheese

Put everything but the cream cheese in the slow cooker. Cook until chicken is tender.


Remove the chicken and chop or shred. Return to the pot.

Add the brick of cream cheese and continue the heat until the cream cheese is melted and can be stirred in.

Serve with your favorite toppings such a blue cheese crumbles, shredded cheddar, tortilla strips, more hot sauce etc.
