Sweetened Condensed Milk
Soak the rice, raisins, and cinnamon in the water.
Bring soaked rice mixture to a boil, the stir in condensed milk.
Cook until the liquid is down to about the same level as the rice.
The rice should be cooked at this point, but the pudding will be loose.
It will thicken as it cools.
It is great served warm or cold.
