Homemade Chicken Enchiladas

These chicken enchiladas have a great chicken filling that can be made on the stove or in a slow cooker.  Use my recipe for homemade red enchilada sauce, or pick up a can of sauce if you prefer. Either way, the result is going to be flavorful and filling!



Tortillas  Chicken Oil  Garlic Lime Juice  Red Onion  Green Chilies  Oregano  Enchilada Sauce 

Cook the chicken.

Shred and stir in the remaining filling ingredients.

Make your sauce.

Put some sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Wrap filling in tortillas and place seam side down in baking dish.

Top with more sauce and cheese. 

Bake until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
