Cherry Pie Cupcakes Recipe
Cherry pie cupcakes are both filled with and topped with cherry pie filling. The fluffy vanilla buttercream brings it all together to make a perfect fruity dessert
Flour Milk Sugar Oil Butter Eggs Vanilla Baking Powder Salt Cherry Pie Filling
Cherry Pie Filling
Cream together butter and sugars. Mix dry ingredients. Fold in half of flour mix, then milk, then remaining flour.
Scoop a rounded tablespoon of batter into each cupcake paper.
Partially bake then scoop about a tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top.
Top with more batter then bake through.
Cool completely before topping with buttercream and more cherry pie filling.
