Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

Graham cracker Brown Sugar Butter Condensed milk Vanilla extract Cream cheese Eggs Caramel Pecans

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 300°F

Place the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan, add the butter and brown sugar. Mix together and press into the bottom of the pan.

Melt half of the caramels with some condensed milk. Pour over crust. top with chopped pecans.

Make sure the cream cheese is really softened to it is smooth. Whip the cream cheese until completely smooth, being sure the scrape the sides of your bowl a couple of times.

Add the eggs, one at a time beating until just combined. You don't want to whip to much air into the mixture at this point.

Bake and cool Top with more melted caramel mixture and some pecans.
