Pork shoulder/butt
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Rosemary
Bay leaves
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a large dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over pork and brown pork on each side.
