Bacon and Egg Sheet Pan Breakfast

Make bacon, eggs and hash browns for the whole family at once with this easy sheet pan recipe.  The oven does most of the work for you but you can take the credit when your family enjoys this tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

Hash browns Butter Vegetable oil Salt Ground black pepper Bacon Eggs Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400° F.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put butter and oil on a half sheet pan (or other large rimmed baking pan). Place in oven for 1-2 minutes just to melt the butter.

Spread the hash browns over the pan. Sprinkle it with seasoned salt and black pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the bacon into 2 inch pieces.*
