Apple Rosemary Pork Chops

Apple rosemary pork chops is a perfect fall meal. It is quick tasty skillet supper that is full of autumnal flavors


Cooking oil Pork chops Rosemary Cinnamon Salt Pepper Apples Sugar Chicken broth Butter

Put oil in large skillet over medium high heat.


Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, place pork chops in pan cook 3-4 minutes each side. While pork chops are cooking thinly slice onions and apples.

When pork chops are remove to a plate and set aside.

Add butter and onions to pan and sauté for 3-5 min until translucent.

Add chicken broth, apples, rosemary ,cinnamon and sauté 5-7 min or until desired tenderness.
