We are huge mushroom lovers around here. Most of the time they get sauteed into things or tossed into stir fries.
We also love sausage stuffed mushrooms. We can practically make a meal out of those things!
But sometimes it is nice to really let the mushroom shine on their own. This dish does that.
It is full of mushroom flavor with plenty of garlic goodness. We served them with grandma’s meatballs and rice but they would also be great with steaks, prime rib, pork chops, or even roasted chicken.
