This chocolate baked oatmeal is loaded with rich flavor but it still a nice healthy breakfast. Whip some up and you’ll start looking forward to the morning!

Little Dude’s daycare closed for the week so his daycare providers could take a well earned vacation. So, the little guy have been getting some extra quality time. We have played lots of trains, tractors and blocks. We have been working on potty training (fingers crossed) and he has been helping my with some recipe development. He loves to help and is an excellent stirrer and dumper!

We had a really good time making this. We had an even better time eating it.

This oatmeal will bowl you over. The best part is that even though it tastes really decadent, it is really pretty healthy.
It is magnificent while still warm, but it is also really tasty at room temperature. If you really want to kick it up a notch, a dollop of whipped cream would be great.
